Package Cost (USA with Canada)

TOUR COST: 11 NIGHTS/ 12 DAYS

1. Single Room Supplement will be USD 1500
2. A person below 12 years is considered a child and above 12 years, an adult.

• No refund will be made for unutilized services.
• The foreign exchange component will be payable as per the respective day’s prevailing rate of exchange in INR only as per the card rate.
• The tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In the event that the group size is less than 25 passengers you will be given an option of traveling on another departure date.
• All passengers who are not traveling as per group i.e. wish to return after the tour ends or go in advance, will have to COMPULSORY pay the deviation charges. These charges are applicable per deviation per sector per way.
• Normal insurance charges for the duration of the tour are included in the tour price. However, any passenger above the age of 60 years and those passengers who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges.
• We shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown, terrorist attacks or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement (management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in the train, flight, bus, ship, or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passenger).
• Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passenger. Paras Holidays will not be liable for the same.
• Airlines, Hotels, Itinerary, sightseeing subject to change without prior notice.
• Service tax on the package cost will be charged extra.
• During Internal flight there is a possibility that we might provide packed lunch.
• Tours are operated subject to RBI/GOI regulations. Part of the tour cost will be paid in USD out of your BTQ.
