Air routes are subject
to airline operations, it may change resulting in change
in the itinerary. |

Always reconfirm the status
of your air tickets and flight timings with the airline,
1 day prior to tour departure. |
Name:
For your air ticket to be valid, the airlines require your
full name exactly as per your passport. |

How
much Baggage can I carry? |
The lesser the better.
Use stroller bags for convenience. As per airline rules,
cargo bags up to 20 kgs and handbag up to 6 kgs are permitted. |
Please
note: Sharp items such as scissors, nail cutters,
knives, pointed metallic items, batteries etc. are not allowed
in the hand bag and must be packed in cargo baggage. Baggage
allowance per person for U.S.A. and Canada - 2 cargo bags,
each not to exceed 23 kgs in weight and 62 inches (158 cms.)
in overall size (length+width+height) and a hand bag upto
6 kgs. |

Can
I request for specific In-flight meals? |
Asian vegetarian
meals (AVML) are provided by most of the airlines and are
subject to availability. Please specify your in-flight meal
request at the time of booking. Some of the short haul internal
flights do not provide any meals or refreshments. |

Can
I upgrade to business/first class? |
Your air ticket is booked
and confirmed on a Group basis and on Economy class. If
you wish to upgrade to Business/First Class, you can do
so by paying the necessary additional fare. Please inform
the same at the time of booking. |

Can
I change the date of travel? |
Your air ticket is booked
and confirmed, on a Group basis. If you wish to travel in
advance or stay back after the tour, you must inform us
at the time of booking itself. The date or travel will be
changed subject to availability, after you pay the additional
supplement price. It is your responsibility to inform about
the correct travel date for the issuance of correct visas
and to pay the necessary difference to extend the Overseas
Travel Insurance Policy. |

your Visa |

How
should I obtain the visas? |
Paras Holidays will assist
you in obtaining the visas. Thevisa fees are included in
the tour price, except for USA and Canada. Please refer
Pg No. 88 for visa information. |

About
your Foreign Exchange and Insurance |
|
How
much of foreign currency can I carry with me? |
As per RBI regulations,
under the Basic Travel Quota (BTQ), all resident Indian
citizens can avail up to US$10,000/- or its equivalent in
any calendar year for one or more private visits to any
country abroad (except Nepal and Bhutan). |
Foreign exchange can be
purchased in a combination of currency notes and traveller’s
cheques. RBI regulations allow only an equivalent of US$2000
or its equivalent to be taken in currency notes. |
Guests must purchase the
foreign exchange required for the tour from Kesari.In case
the consulates /authorities require Foreign Exchange endorsement
to issue visas, passengers must pay the foreign exchange
component at the time of visa file submission. |

Is
medical insurance necessary? |
It is very important to
acquire adequate Overseas Travel Insurance cover for protection
from any possible risks such as damage, loss, accident or
injury to life etc while on tour. |
You must purchase the insurance
from a reputed company identified by us, as this will ensure
smooth processing if the need arises. |
For Europe tours the insurance
is included in the tour price for those aged up to 59 years
for the duration of the tour. Passengers above 59 years
will have to pay the difference in the insurance premium
as applicable. |

All tour prices are based on current
fares and costs available as on 1st Jan 2006. Any increase
in airfare, visa charges, airport taxes, Govt. taxes, YQ,
YR taxes after 1st Jan, 2006 will lead to hike in the tour
price and has to be borne by the passengers. |

Passport, POE clearance and service
charges. Any business/ first class air fare. |

Cost of US $ 10000 granted by RBI under
BTQ scheme. |

High season surcharges if any for the
super peak season of Diwali or X'mas. |
|
Cost of extension of validity of your
ticket (air ticket deviation charges). |

Overseas Travel Insurance/Mediclaim
