As per RBI regulations, under the Basic Travel Quota (BTQ), all resident Indian citizens can avail up to US$10,000/- or its equivalent in any calendar year for one or more private visits to any country abroad (except Nepal and Bhutan).

Foreign exchange can be purchased in a combination of currency notes and traveller’s cheques. RBI regulations allow only an equivalent of US$2000 or its equivalent to be taken in currency notes.

Guests must purchase the foreign exchange required for the tour from Kesari.In case the consulates /authorities require Foreign Exchange endorsement to issue visas, passengers must pay the foreign exchange component at the time of visa file submission.

It is very important to acquire adequate Overseas Travel Insurance cover for protection from any possible risks such as damage, loss, accident or injury to life etc while on tour.

You must purchase the insurance from a reputed company identified by us, as this will ensure smooth processing if the need arises.

For Europe tours the insurance is included in the tour price for those aged up to 59 years for the duration of the tour. Passengers above 59 years will have to pay the difference in the insurance premium as applicable.
